(1) The head of the delegation and the employees working in the delegation will receive allowances and other facilities as specified by the Government of Nepal, the Council of Ministers. There will be a committee as follows to recommend other facilities:-

(a) Ministry Secretary – Coordinator

(C) Secretary of the Ministry of Finance or his designated representative – Member
